Strachan, Dr William Henry Williams, MLC CMG of Lagos, W. Africa, and of the Junior Constitutional, W. Indian, and Corona Clubs, was born in 1859. He is eldest son of the lat Col. W.H.P. FitzM. Strachan, and was educated privately and at Guy's Hosp., graduating LRCP (Lond.), MRCS (Eng.). He is FLS and MSA. Dr Strachan is PMO of Lagos, and is a member of the Legislative Council of the Colony. Unmarried
