Kingsford BA of Jesus College, Oxford, as Assistant Secretary – recommended by the Executive Committee – was confirmed on the terms specified in the notice of the vacancy – namely for a period of six months in the first instance, terminable at three months notice either side.<br />1910.06.28 Resignation of the Assistant Secretary. The Assistant Secretary announced that he had been appointed Assistant Secretary to the Society of Antiquaries and tendered his resignation.<br />1911.06.13 The Secretary announced that £20 15s would be the total amount collected on behalf of Mr Kingsford’s testimonial from the Council, and it was resolved that the amount should be made up to £21 and the testimonial should take the form of a cheque to be presented to Mr Kingsford at a meeting next season.<br /><br /><br />
