1903.02.24 The appointment of Mr H.S. Kingsford BA of Jesus College, Oxford, as Assistant Secretary – recommended by the Executive Committee – was confirmed on the terms specified in the notice of the vacancy – namely for a period of six months in the first instance, terminable at three months notice either side.
1910.06.28 Resignation of the Assistant Secretary. The Assistant Secretary announced that he had been appointed Assistant Secretary to the Society of Antiquaries and tendered his resignation.
1911.06.13 The Secretary announced that £20 15s would be the total amount collected on behalf of Mr Kingsford’s testimonial from the Council, and it was resolved that the amount should be made up to £21 and the testimonial should take the form of a cheque to be presented to Mr Kingsford at a meeting next season.
