Samuel Pasfield Oliver (1838–1907) was an English artillery officer, geographer and antiquary.

In 1869 was invited by the ESL to prepare a report on the condition of prehistoric monuments on Guernsey [see Extreme Heritage Management: The Practices and Policies of Densely Populated Islands
edited by Godfrey Baldacchino]
