[Gazette 10 Oct. 1941] NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned Frank Kimber Bull, J.P., Thomas Walter Howland, M.A., LL.M. Reginald Kusel, Dennis Robert Clarke and Montague Burcher Clappe, LL.B. Solicitors, hitherto practising as KIMBER BULL & CO., at 6, Old Jewry, London, E.C.2, and 2 Plaza Chambers, Oxted, Surrey, have dissolved Partnership by mutual consent as from the 3oth September 1941. The said Frank Kimber Bull, Thomas Walter Howland and Reginald Kusel will practise under the name of Kimber Bull & Co. at the addresses given above,
and will carry on the practices of the said Dennis Robert Clarke and Montague Burcher Clappe during their absence on War and Government Service respectively. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by the said Frank Kimber Bull, Thomas Walter Howland and Reginald Kusel practising as Kimber Bull & Co. —Dated 1st October 1941.
