1927.06.14 It was agreed to suggest that Mr L.J.P. Gaskin be appointed Librarian at a salary of £200, the engagement to terminate at one month’s notice on either side, office hours 10 to 5 on ordinary days and 10 to 1 on Saturday, vacations to be the usual bank holidays and one month in the year.

Mary Emily Lugard was the daughter of Colonel Henry Ibbetson Lugard and Annie Emily Jane Stuart.1 She married Lionel Edward Palmer Gaskin, son of Joseph Gaskin, on 26 December 1894 at Nagpur, Bengal, India.1 [his parents?]
