NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore
subsisting between the undersigned, Joseph Pope,
William Cuthbert, John Richmond Cuthbert, all of Liverpool,
William Henry Pope and James College Pope, both of
Prince Edward Island, trading at Liverpool and at Prince
Edward Island, under the firm of Pope, Cuthbert, and Co.,
•was this day dissolved by mutual consent.—Dated Liverpool,
23rd August, 1855.

Notice is hereby given, that the Partnership here-
tofore subsisting between us the undersigned, James
Morris Walthew and John Richmond Cuthbert, carrying on
business at Liverpool, in the county of Lancaster, as Merchants
and Ship Brokers, under the style or firm of Walthew,
Cuthbert, and Co., has been this day dissolved by mutual
consent. All debts due by or owing to the said partnership
will be received and paid by the said John Richmond Cuthbert.-
Dated this 30th day of December, 1865.
