death noted in the report of the council for 1905: In Mr. A. Sanders and Mr. J. R. Browne the Institute has to regret two of
its oldest Fellows, since they became members of the Anthropological Society in 1864. The former also contributed papers to the Journal of the Society and later to the Journal of the Institute.
