Arthur Montefiore Brice John Hallam ( Catherston Leweston ( Dorset ), 27 June 1859- Tewkesbury , January 6, 1927) is an explorer, writer and British biographer.
The son of a pastor, he founded the Educational Review and travel in Asia , the United States , in South America , in Oceania and in the Arctic .
Secretary of Frederick George Jackson during his exploration of the Franz Josef Land (1894-1897), has authored numerous articles in the British press .
He became the lawyer continued.
He died in 1927 during surgery .
The island Brice was named in his honor.
