Research student<br />Lal Sahib Prafulla Chandra Bhanj Deo, born 23rd May 1909, M.A. (Cantab.), F.R.A.I., F.R.A.S.; Member Prince of ParliamentMayūrbhanj, Rajya SabhaIndia, for two terms, viz. 1952 - 1954 formerly a princely state and 1954 - 1959 (died in office); Member Committee of Parliament on Official Language, 1957; married 1stlyfrom Orissa, 1927, Rani Prafulla Kumari Devi, daughter and heir of Raja Rudra Pratap Deo of Bastar, and his first wife, Rani Kusumlata Devi, married 2ndly, 1938, Lal Saheba Tilottama Devi, born 1920, died 1998, and had issue, seven sons and four daughters.
