Mauss with reference to the application of Dr Biren Bonnerjea<br />1931.11.24 Dr Biren Bonnerjea made a second application for admission as a Fellow of the Institute, but as after an interval of three years he was still unable to fulfil the condition of nomination by a Fellow from personal knowledge; as he was resident in Washington, the Hon.
