Carl Axel Nordman , born January 28, 1892 in Helsinki , died in Helsinki, Finnish archaeologist , art historian , museum mime, director of the historical department at the National Museum 1930-36, and 1936-59 state governor (after Juhani Rinne ). <br />CA Nordman became a PhD in 1919 with his dissertation Studies over the Pedestrian Culture in Denmark (1918) and Associate Professor of Prehistoric Archeology at the University of Helsinki in 1921. From 1924 he was editor of the Finnish Antique Association's journal and from 1930 for Acta archaeologicalology .
