A Greek<br /><br />Alexander (Stephen) Petrocochino was a partner in Petrocochino Brothers, until dissolved 31 Dec 1924, with George Marchetti, Stephen Petrocochino and John Matthew Ziffo, 57 Palmerston House, Old Broad St., London and 4 Clive St., Calcutta (The London Gazette, 2 Jan 1925).<br />He was in partnership, until dissolved 31 Dec 1924 with John Matthew Ziffo, George Marchetti, Stephen Demetrius Petrocochino and Emmanuel Stephen Petrocochino carrying on business as Merchants, at 57 Palmerston House, Old Broad Street, London, and at Orient House, Granby Row, Manchester, and at No. 4, Clive Street, Calcutta, as Petrocochino Brothers (London Gazette 2 Jan 1925).<br /><br />Petrocochino Bros, had their offices originally on the site of the Stock and Share Exchange and Ewing& Co.’s premises. They afterwards moved over to Canning Street at the south-east corner of China Bazaar, now occupied by Agelasto & Co., finally settling down in their present quarters in Clive Ghaut Street.<br /><br />
