She was awarded her BSc in 1928 from University College, London and went to work at the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum <br />In 1935 – 1937 she was part of an expedition to Egypt with her husband Oliver Humphreys Myers <br />As well as her technical works she wrote children’s books and during the war years she worked as a script writer for British National Films, Gaumont-British Instructional Films and the Rank Organisation.
