To the Magistrates of the Holywell Division, Gentlemen of the District, and Public generally. Gentlemen, TESTIMONIAL TO MR. C. ADAMS, » Superintendent of the Holywell Division of Flintshire Constabulary. At a Meeting held in Ivy House, Holywell, on the 6th inst., Dr J. C. Davies in the Chair, It was resolved, that "As a recognition of the efficient and satisfactory manner as well as the becoming demeanour with which Mr C. Adams has discharged his onerous duties as superintendent of the above division, that a subscription list be opened for the purpose of presenting him with a substantial Testimonial on his leaving Holywell for the Mold District." It was also resolved, -" That Dr J. C. Davies, Ivy House, Holywell, be appointed Treasurer, and that Mr J. J. Williams, C.E., Holywell, be appointed Secretary." Subscriptions will be received by the Treasurer, and Secretary.
