HORATIO NELSON LOVE, Deceased.
Pursuant to an Act of Parliament of the 22nd and 23rd Vic., cap. 35, intituled " An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees."
NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any debts, claims, or demands against the estate of Horatio. Nelson Love (otherwise known as Horatio Love), of Beulah Hill, Norwood, in the county of Surrey, and of No. 5, Ethelbert-road, Margate, in the county of Kent, Esq., deceased (who died on the 14th day of March, 1882, whose will was
proved in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of Ber Majesty's High Court of Justice on the 6th day of April, 1882, by William Love Porritt, of Burnham Overy.iri the county of Norfolk, Maltster, Henry Doughty Browne, of 34, Avenue-road, Regent's Park, in the county of Middlesex, Esq., and James William Porritt, of Cley-by-the-8ea, in the said county of Norfolk, Esq., the executors named in the said will), are required to send in the particulars of their debts, claims, or demands to us,
the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said executors, by the 5th day of June, 1882, after which time the executors •will .distribute the assets of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and demands of which they shall then have had notice ; and will not be liable for such assets, or any part thereof, to any person of whose debt or claim they shall not then have had notice.—Dated this 1st day of May, 1882.
