1928.05.22 nominated
same address (The Dial House, Chipstead, Surrey) as Joseph Houldsworth Oldham [his son-in-law?] (in which case it would be Andrew R.B. Fraser)*
Notes From Elsewhere
- If this is indeed the father of Oldham's wife Mary Anna Gibson Fraser, he was an Indian Civil Servant and the lieutenant governor of Bengal - though wikipaedia has 'Sir Andrew Henderson Leith Fraser, KCSI (14 November 1848 – 26 February 1919) was an Indian Civil Servant and the Lieutenant Governor of Bengal between 1903 and 1908.' - so perhaps A.R.B. is another relation?
