Report of Council for 1878 - Mr. BONOMI, the accomplished curator of the Soane Museum and distinguished Egyptologist, was known to the Institute as the inventor of an ingenious instrument for ascertaining the relations between height and length of arm, which he exhibited and described on the 20th May, 1872.*
1878.03.12. The death was announced of J. Bonomi Esq. on 5 Mar. 1878.
