assuming this is what I have written as C. Jervaise, 23 Cherta terrace in A3 for 3 May 1864 - BUT in fact the correct name appears on 30 may so maybe there were two, or one was a correction in the minutes?? [I did originally write J. Jellicoe for this second one, but have changed to C. - check]
In fact 5th list has C. Jervise of 23 Chester Terrace so have duplicated this record so both names listed but still need sorting out
