interesting circumstances: the impressions of his travels to Africa (in 1913 and 1914 at the instigation of a well-known American anthropologist of Czech origin, Aleš Hrdlička ) and after Labrador (1926) he captured in the book In the Footsteps of Holub doctors at Labrador, which was published in the Brno publishing house Blok in 1976
at the beginning of the First World War he was captured in South Africa,
