Viktor Alexander Freiherr von Erlanger (* 10 June 1840 in Frankfurt am Main , † 9 September 1894 in Geneva ) was the fourth and youngest son of Raphael Baron von Erlanger , the legendary founder of the Frankfurt banking house of Erlanger & sons , and his second son from his second marriage with Ida Maria Albert (born December 29, 1809 in Frankfurt am Main, † May 28, 1899 ibid).
