William Eric Halstead SCUPHAM was born on 16 February 1893 at Leopold Street, Leeds, Yorkshire, England.1,2 He was the son of Herbert SCUPHAM and Helen Dawson HALSTEAD. William Eric Halstead SCUPHAM was baptised on 21 March 1893 at St Peter, Leeds, Yorkshire, England.2 In the census of 2 April 1911 at 46 Castelnau Mansions, Barnes, Surrey, England, he was listed as single, a Phamaceutical Student, aged 18 born Leeds, Yorkshire, the son of Herbert SCUPHAM.3 William Eric Halstead SCUPHAM was granted Letters of Administration on the estate of Helen Dawson HALSTEAD on 5 August 1927 at London, England; £4,072 12s 10d.4
