[sup. to London Gazette Jan. 1959]<br /><br />NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, Thomas Alfred Stoker and Roy George Townend, carrying on business as Accountants, Auditors, Estate Agents and Income Tax Advisers at Leeds, Pudsev and York, under the style of STOKER & CO., or STOKER, TOWNEND & CO., has been dissolved by mutual consent -as and from the 30th day of July, 1921. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm wilt be received and paid by the said Thomas Alfred Stoker.—Dated this thirteenth day of September, 1921. THOMAS A. STOKER.  ROY G. TOWNEND.<br />
